Ifm introduces new liquid level sensor

2010-11-11 14:33:18

Ifm electronic, Germany introduced a new series of Liquid Level Sensor-LMT sanitary liquid level sensor, the series of sensor materials using a high-316L stainless steel shell, the structure is very compact and can achieve IP68/69K level of protection, stable and reliable, can be applied to health area, and meet food industry standards.

LMT Series level sensor is based on the principle of impedance spectroscopy measurements, not only can detect with conventional sensors as empty containers, full status, but also through the analysis of impedance characteristics of the media, while also difficult to distinguish between ordinary sensor to detect bubbles or adhesion properties, resulting in the actual level of information, improve the detection accuracy.

The product implements the liquid level of the 3 different test conditions, namely, air testing, full detection and dry testing. Multi-function testing to meet different customer needs.

Based on the working principle of impedance spectroscopy measurements, not only as conventional sensors can detect the empty container over the state, through the analysis of impedance characteristics of the media, while also difficult to distinguish between ordinary sensors to detect objects or foam adhesive, resulting in the actual level information to improve the detection reliability.

LMT Series level sensors to detect objects extensively, can be used for beer, alcohol, CIP liquid, butter, jam, tomato sauce, mayonnaise, chocolate sauce, milk, tap water, distilled water and yogurt and a variety of different substances testing.
